"This is a poorly designed app. They require you to share your location with them in order to be able to be waitlisted. Additionally, you can only be added if you're within 30 miles of the reasurant when you try to be waitlisted. Which means at best, If you're trying to plan ahead, you'll be 30 minutes away, on your way to the reasurant which means they cannot adequately prepare for people arriving. POOR DESIGN."

"Not sure why there are so many poor reviews, maybe for earlier, less functional versions. The app worked perfectly, was able to join the waitlist from home (there is a 30 mile radius), got a text when less than 20 were ahead, and a text and phone call to check in when only five were ahead. It's easy to join and leave the list so check the line much earlier than you want to be seated, like 2 hours on the weekend. Still wish they took reservations which is why I'm giving four, not five stars."
