Doesn't work. Tried to get on the wait-list and it just keeps closing. Won't even save my profile properly.
Works perfectly for me. The app looks a little archaic but it does the job.
This is a poorly designed app. They require you to share your location with them in order to be able to be waitlisted. Additionally, you can only be added if you're within 30 miles of the reasurant when you try to be waitlisted. Which means at best, If you're trying to plan ahead, you'll be 30 minutes away, on your way to the reasurant which means they cannot adequately prepare for people arriving. POOR DESIGN.
This app is just a waste of time, not only it keeps crashing, it never worked. Ahhh! But they gather all your info first and then it doesn't even work. It must Suck to be this app!
Not sure why there are so many poor reviews, maybe for earlier, less functional versions. The app worked perfectly, was able to join the waitlist from home (there is a 30 mile radius), got a text when less than 20 were ahead, and a text and phone call to check in when only five were ahead. It's easy to join and leave the list so check the line much earlier than you want to be seated, like 2 hours on the weekend. Still wish they took reservations which is why I'm giving four, not five stars.
Excellent food and staff
You'd think after 4 years, the app would get a fix. Non-functional, crashes constantly.
I am easily within 30 miles of a Cowfish restuarant and the app still will not let me join the waitlist. Fix this asap.
Queue isn't accurately reflected and never updates.
App does not work properly and shuts down when trying to join the wait list.
